This Terms of Service Agreement is a contract between Trustify Hosting and you. It details the terms and conditions for using the products and services offered by Procert Business Consultant (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. Please review it carefully to understand our terms prior to purchasing any products or services.
In addition to the Terms of Service, the following general policies are applicable to all our services:
We can’t guarantee the availability of your desired domain name until it’s confirmed as registered.
Registering a domain requires adherence to the rules set by domain authorities. Any disputes must be resolved between the involved parties.
Your domain will be released only after full payment as per our rates.
Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension of our services.
Non-compliance with these rules and failure to rectify issues after notification may lead to the termination of our agreement.
If your business faces financial difficulties or you fail to pay us, we may terminate our agreement.
If our agreement ends, we may block and delete your website’s data.
We are not liable for any damages your business may incur due to our services.
By signing up for our services, you confirm that you’re at least 18 years old. Our services are intended for adults, and if you’re under 18, you cannot use them. If you’re signing up on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
You are permitted to have only one account. If we discover multiple accounts, we may cancel them without notice. Ensure the information you provide during sign-up is accurate and current. Use a different email address than the one linked to your domain.
If we need to reach you, we’ll use this email address. You are responsible for all activities on your account. Keep it secure. If you order a dedicated IP, we may require a justification. The rules for obtaining an IP may vary based on different internet authorities.
We offer website migration as a courtesy, but we cannot guarantee availability or timing for the transfer. Please note, our assistance is limited to cPanel migrations; we cannot support migrations from other control panels.
You can upload, store, publish, display, and share information, text, photos, videos, and other content through our services (referred to as User Content). This includes anything you or your website users post while hosted by us. You’re responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with this agreement.
We don’t control or assume responsibility for User Content or any information that passes through our systems. We do not monitor User Content.
If you violate this agreement, we may take actions such as removing some or all of your User Content or websites, or suspending our services without providing a refund. You agree that we’re not liable for any actions we take to address violations.
Trustify Hosting Systems and Account Protection Terms of Service
You’re responsible for ensuring that any scripts or programs you install under your account are secure and that directory and file permissions are correctly set, regardless of how they were installed. Ultimately, you are accountable for all activities under your account, including if someone else gains access to your username and password.
We offer our services, along with all associated equipment and networks, exclusively to authorized customers. We may periodically inspect our systems to ensure proper usage, guard against unauthorized access, and verify the effectiveness of our security measures.
During our checks, we may observe, record, or copy information for these purposes. By using our services, you consent to us inspecting our network for these reasons. If we detect an account accessing a network or system without authorization, we may suspend it.
This includes actions like denial of service attacks, password guessing, sending numerous unsolicited emails, or posting spam on websites. If we receive an abuse report from a third party, we may suspend or close the account. If you fail to remove the harmful content after our notification, we may continue to block your access to our services. Additionally, we may impose a fee for the abuse.
You must pay the fee before we reactivate your account. We reserve the right to modify our abuse fee schedule at any time. Here is the current fee structure:
First notice: No fee, but your service will be suspended if not addressed within 12 hours.
Second notice: ₹ 500/- fine.
Third notice: Account termination.
Service Cancellation
Only you or Trustify Hosting have the authority to cancel a service. No one else is permitted to do so.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Terms of Service We provide refunds for select plans within a designated period, typically ranging from 7 to 90 days. Each plan’s refund policy is clearly outlined.
Refer to our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for further information. Violating the terms will result in no refund.
Client Cancellation
To cancel, simply request it. Use the Client Dashboard or contact our Billing Department.
For shared, cloud, WordPress, reseller, or master reseller hosting, all data will be immediately deleted.
We are not liable for any data loss. Please ensure you have backups!
Terms of Service Refund Policy
Refunds, including those for primary services, additional features, and setup fees, are solely at the discretion of Trustify Hosting. The refund process may take 5-7 days to complete in your account.

Trustify Hosting Cancelling
We reserve the right to cancel a service for any reason. No refunds will be given for VPS and dedicated server cancellations. No prior warning will be provided, and we are not liable for any data loss.
We may cancel if:
- You violate our rules or engage in illegal activities.
- If this occurs, we will attempt to resolve the issue first.
Billing and Payments
Ensure your payment details are up-to-date and settle your invoices promptly. Services are prepaid. Late payments could result in service suspension.
Late fees may apply for overdue payments. Abusing payment methods is prohibited.
Invoices are issued 7 days before the due date. Failure to pay within 7 days after the due date will lead to service termination and data deletion.
If you have questions about a charge, contact us first before disputing it with your credit card company.
Terms for Domain Registration, Renewal, Transfer & Management
- Domain prices may change according to internal system policies.
- The listed prices do not apply to premium domains.
- Once a domain is registered or transferred, it is locked for 60 days as per ICANN’s transfer policy.
- No refunds or replacements are available for domain services after registration or transfer.
- DNS management on our site is limited to changing name servers; contact support for other configurations.
- After a domain expires, auth and unlocking are unavailable; renew with us before transferring.
- Expired domains may not show in your account due to registry deletion processes.
- We are not liable for expired domains; we may attempt renewal upon payment.
- Redemption or grace fees may apply after expiration, ranging from 8000 to 15000 INR.
- Our domain management tool is in beta; contact us for issues.
- We are not an ICANN accredited registrar; we utilize reseller panels and APIs.
- Domain registration is not instant; it may take up to 48 hours to activate.
- Multiple users can order the same domain; the first payment secures ownership.
- Simultaneous payments cause ownership conflicts.
- Ownership conflicts are resolved through group discussions; if unresolved, the domain is deleted.
- Domains breaching our terms or flagged for misconduct can be deleted at any time.
- Country TLDs have additional eligibility requirements and documentation; non-compliance results in suspension.
- Selected plans include free domains (.COM & .IN); renewal is needed upon plan expiration.
- Our domain search system is in beta and might not identify premium domain prices.
- Promotional prices and codes apply only to new domain registrations; misuse will cancel the order.
Restricted Uses
The following activities are forbidden:
- Using our services to violate copyrighted material. If you believe your copyrighted content has been violated, please contact [email protected]
- Utilizing our services to host child pornography.
- Making use of our services to damage other networks or computers, including but not limited to Denial of Service attacks, brute force attacks, etc.
- Take advantage of our services to send large quantities of email (more than 1,000 emails per day), including spam. Obtain permission before sending bulk mail; violators will be reported to SpamHaus.
Prohibited Materials Terms of Service
- IRC Scripts and Bots.
- IRCD (IRC servers).
- Proxy Scripts and Anonymizers (like Shadowsocks).
- Image Hosting Scripts (such as Photobucket or Tinypic).
- AutoSurf, PTC, PTS, PPC sites.
- IP Scanners.
- Bruteforce Programs, Scripts, and Applications.
- Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts.
- Commercial Banner Ad services.
- File Dump and Mirror Scripts (like Rapidshare).
- Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams).
- Escrow and Bank Debentures.
- High Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Similar Sites.
- Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life or Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM, Pyramid Scheme).
- Sale or distribution of controlled substances without proper permits.
- Lottery, Gambling Sites, MUDs, RPGs, PBBGs.
- Hacker-focused sites, archives, programs.
- Sites promoting illegal activities.
- Forums and websites that distribute or link to warez, pirated, or illegal content.
- Fraudulent Sites (including those listed on aa419.org and escrow-fraud.com).
- Push-button mail scripts (requires permission).
- Broadcasting or Streaming of Live Sporting Events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc).
- Tell A Friend Scripts.
- Anonymous or Bulk SMS Gateways.
- Bitcoin or Virtual Currency Miners.
- PayDay Loan Sites (including any related to PayDay loans, affiliate programs, etc).
CPU, Bandwidth, and Storage Utilization
All use of hosting space provided by Trustify Hosting is governed by this agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Hosting space is designated for web files, active email, and user website content only. It may not be used for storage, including offsite storage of electronic files, email, or FTP hosting. If there is excessive CPU or disk usage, we will review and notify you. Excessive CPU usage is defined as usage that significantly impacts other users’ service access.
If you are using unlimited/unmetered hosting, please refer to our Unlimited Policy for specific details. Each plan has defined limits for RAM, EP, and CPU cores. If these limits are exceeded more than 5 times in a day, an upgrade will be required. Failure to upgrade will result in service cancellation, and a refund will be issued after deducting the used days’ amount.
For dedicated servers and VPS, resource management is your responsibility as these are self-managed services. High resource usage may lead to slow speeds or server downtime due to high traffic. In such cases, we cannot provide assistance. We offer rescue access for both VPS and dedicated servers, but they remain self-managed.
Policy on Sending Emails
Terms of Service We do not guarantee that emails sent from our servers will avoid being marked as spam. In shared and reseller hosting environments, the shared IP address among multiple users increases the chances of emails being flagged as spam. We suggest using Google Workspace or third-party mail services like Zoho or SendGrid for all your email needs.
We are not liable if email sending fails. We will investigate the issue but cannot promise email delivery.
Our email accounts provided with hosting plans are not for marketing or spam activities. If any user is found engaging in suspicious activities, their email sending capability will be blocked from our backend. We monitor all users’ emails, and if any user is caught sending bulk emails, we will suspend their email sending privileges, but not their entire hosting account.
Our email accounts are designed for normal communication, not for bulk mailing or mass sending.
Terms of Service Uptime Guarantee
If your shared or premium server experiences physical downtime that does not meet our 99.9% uptime guarantee, you may qualify for a credit according to our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee excludes scheduled maintenance and acts of God.
Server uptime is determined by the operating system and webserver reports, which may differ from reports by other services. To request an uptime credit, please submit a ticket to our Billing department.
Note that uptime guarantee claims must be filed within 7 days of the downtime. For dedicated servers, the uptime guarantee only covers network uptime. Events such as part failures, DDoS attacks, or acts of God are not covered by the uptime guarantee.
Safeguarding Your Data Against Loss
Your use of our services is entirely at your own risk. We keep backups for only the past 2 days and do not guarantee their availability or integrity, as they are provided as a courtesy. For guaranteed backups, please reach out to our support team. We offer reasonably priced paid backup services to your Google Drive or via SFTP/FTP, based on storage and plan.
Limitation of Liability: Trustify Hosting, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data resulting from your use of the services, user content, user websites, or any other materials accessed or downloaded through the services, even if Trustify Hosting has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Collaboration Agreement Terms of Service
The Affiliate Program is exclusively for shared and cloud hosting. Affiliate accounts require manual approval by our team; otherwise, the payout will be denied. We provide a 20% commission on all hosting, except Cloud VPS and Dedicated Server.
Hosting sales can be tracked using promo codes and links. Promo codes are the primary tracking method in our system. If a user utilizes a promo code, the affiliate commission is credited to the promo code owner.
Contact support to obtain your promo code. Payouts for hosting sales are issued 30 days after the sale. You can receive payouts via Paytm, PayPal, UPI, or Bank Transfer.
The minimum balance for withdrawal is ₹1000 INR. All orders will be manually verified before payout. If orders with the same IP or links indicating services purchased from two different accounts are found, your affiliate account will be deactivated, and no payouts or credits will be given.
KYC Verification Services
All users, both new and existing, must complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification through Email Verification. This process guarantees user authenticity and legitimacy, boosting transparency and security in our community.
KYC verification ensures a secure and reliable environment by verifying user identities. This process minimizes the risk of fraud and boosts the overall safety of our platform.
Verified user details can be utilized during emergencies or to promptly handle abuse reports, ensuring timely and effective community safety actions.
Completing KYC verification creates a reliable and direct link between users and our platform, enhancing communication and user experience.
Your data's confidentiality and security are our top priorities. The information collected during KYC verification is securely stored and solely used for verification as per our privacy policy.
By finishing the KYC process, users agree to the verification procedures and accept our terms and conditions, recognizing the importance of a secure community.
Completing KYC verification through Email Verification signifies your understanding and acceptance of these terms. Kindly review them thoroughly before continuing.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trustify Hosting, our affiliates, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents. These terms will remain in effect even after this agreement ends.
