We are committed to exceptional customer service, addressing any problems within 72 hours during business days.
Refund Policy Domains
Domains are non-refundable. If a free domain is included with a hosting plan and the hosting plan is canceled, a partial refund will be issued (excluding the domain cost). We aim to provide domains promptly, but if unable to deliver within 24 hours, a refund will be given.
All domain prices listed are for standard domains, not premium ones. As we are in the beta stage, we lack a tool to check for premium domains. If your chosen domain is identified as premium, we can offer a refund or account credit based on your preference.
If your domain hosts phishing or abusive content, it will be suspended by the registrar. We are not responsible for such suspensions, and as per our terms, domains are non-refundable.
Hosting Refund Policy
We are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. We promise to address any issues within 72 hours on business days, Monday to Friday. If we can’t resolve your issue within this period, we will gladly provide a refund.
Trustify Hosting offers a refund guarantee ranging from 7 to 90 days, depending on the plan and billing cycle. The specific refund period is detailed for each plan.
To qualify for a refund under our money-back guarantee, customers must adhere to the following criteria:
- You must be a new customer of Trustify Hosting.
- Your service must not have been abused or misused (see Account Security and Trustify Hosting systems, CPU, Bandwidth, and Disk Usage policies).
- No disputes or chargebacks should have been initiated.
- The money-back guarantee is applicable to the base of the billing cycle as specified for each plan.
- Gateway charges are non-refundable.
- For plans purchased ranging from 3 months to 3 years, the amount for the used period will be deducted from the refund.
- If you received a free domain with our hosting, the domain cost will also be deducted from the refund.
Any breach of these terms will void your eligibility for a refund.
VPS & Dedicated Server
Refunds are not available for VPS and Dedicated Server purchases, so please buy at your own risk. Furthermore, server licenses are non-refundable.
Service Cancellation
Upon service cancellation, a refund will be automatically issued if allowed by our internal policy. However, no refund will be provided if any terms and conditions, including instances of abuse, are breached.
