The Unlimited/Unmetered Policy is an agreement between Trustify Hosting and you. It outlines the terms and conditions for using any Trustify Hosting products and services labeled as “unlimited” or “unmetered.” Please read it thoroughly to understand our terms before purchasing any products or services.
Shared Hosting Limitations
For Shared Hosting (Shared, Cloud, WordPress), the following restrictions apply:
- The maximum cPanel storage limit is 50GB, including SQL databases and email accounts.
- Using storage for backups, movie download sites, software download sites, or any file storage like movies, zip files, and backups is prohibited. Our unlimited hosting is solely for website files such as HTML, PHP, or other related site files.
- The storage limit may not apply if you are on our highest plan, but it is still not intended for unlimited online storage, videos, images, audio, games, installers, backups, or archiving.
Reseller Hosting Limitations
The following restrictions apply to Reseller Hosting:
- Each cPanel account has a 50GB limit, including SQL databases and email accounts.
- Storage cannot be used for backups, movie downloads, software downloads, or any file storage such as movies, zip files, and backups. Our unlimited hosting is only for website files like HTML, PHP, or related site files.
- If an account misuses CPU resources or is involved in DDoS attacks, we may suspend or terminate it, providing a backup before termination. If usage limits are exceeded, we issue 3 warnings with a 48-hour resolution period. If unresolved, the account is suspended with an additional 24 hours to resolve it before termination, after which no backup will be provided.
Bandwidth Usage Policy on Unlimited
The selected plan has no bandwidth limits, but accounts involved in illegal activities such as file downloading or proxy usage will be suspended. Reactivation fees are ₹ 300 for the first suspension, ₹ 800 for the second, and the account will be terminated after a third violation.
CPU, RAM, IO, and EP Usage
Each plan has specific resource limits. If your website surpasses these limits over 5 times in a day, you must upgrade your account. Not upgrading will lead to the cancellation of your subscription, with a refund issued after deducting the amount for used days.
SQL Database
Databases exceeding 1 GB can impact server performance. We may ask you to reduce database sizes or disable the account to maintain optimal performance. You can create multiple databases, but each must remain under 1 GB.
Email Account
Each email account has a 5GB storage limit. Exceeding this limit can affect server performance. We may ask you to reduce your email storage or disable your account to maintain proper performance.
Reseller Account Policy on Unlimited
With the Trustify Hosting Reseller & Master Reseller plans, there are restrictions on the number of Genuine cPanel accounts and WHM Reseller accounts you can create. Users can request to purchase additional cPanel Accounts or WHM Reseller accounts by submitting a ticket to our sales team. However, if your account adversely affects our server’s performance (e.g., CPU overuse, DDoS attacks), an upgrade to a dedicated server or VPS will be required.
Policy on Unlimited File Transfer
Trustify Hosting offers unlimited visitor traffic and content uploads for websites each month without additional fees for increased bandwidth use, provided it complies with these terms. However, Trustify Hosting may limit processor time, bandwidth, processes, or memory to prevent negative impacts on other hosting users.
Understanding "Unlimited"
Unlimited Disk Space, Bandwidth, and Website Plans mean there is no set limit on the bandwidth, websites, or disk space you can use for a personal or small business website, as long as it adheres to this agreement. However, if your usage or content threatens the stability, performance, or uptime of our servers or infrastructure, you may need to upgrade to a VPS, or we may restrict your resource usage.
Limitations to "Unlimited"
Trustify Hosting implements measures to protect its users and systems from misuse. Our “Unlimited” hosting promotes fair usage, ensuring no single user disrupts others. This service is designed for small to medium-sized businesses, not large enterprises or unusual applications better suited for a VPS or dedicated server. We use automated protections to prevent any website from impacting the system until we evaluate its resource needs.
