Purpose and Scope Fair Use Policy
We specialize in web hosting services. This Fair Use Policy defines the proper use of our network resources to meet our web hosting clients’ needs and prevent misuse.
Web Hosting Usage
Clients have unlimited network access for standard web hosting tasks. This covers web data transfers, updates, and all activities necessary for managing and maintaining a website on a Trustify Hosting VPS, virtual dedicated server, or baremetal dedicated server.
Fair Use Policy Restrictions on Network Usage
a. Proxies, VPNs, and Tunneling: Clients can establish proxies, VPNs, or tunneling services on their servers but are limited to a monthly data transfer cap of 10TB. Surpassing this limit may lead to temporary throttling, extra fees, or service suspension if considered high risk.
b. Media Streaming Services: Hosting media streaming services on our network is strictly banned. This includes, but is not limited to, video streaming, music streaming, and live broadcasting platforms.
c. Speed Test Servers: Hosting speed test servers or similar bandwidth-measuring tools using our network resources is not allowed.
Fair Use Policy Monitoring and Enforcement
We continuously monitor network traffic to ensure adherence to this Fair Use Policy. Clients who violate this policy may receive a warning, experience temporary reductions in their network speeds, or, in extreme cases, have their accounts suspended. We prioritize transparent communication and will attempt to contact any client in violation of this policy before taking any action.

Policy Review
Trustify Hosting reserves the right to periodically review and update this Fair Use Policy to address evolving technologies, challenges, and client requirements. Clients will be informed of any major changes.
Customer Responsibility for Their Users
Trustify Hosting customers are accountable for their users’ activities. By using Trustify Hosting services, clients agree to ensure their users comply with this policy. Complaints regarding the users of a Trustify Hosting client will be sent to the client’s postmaster for resolution. If the Acceptable Use Policy is violated, Trustify Hosting may terminate services or take necessary actions to prevent further violations, without notice.
