To get a credit on your account, you need to request it within seven (7) business days of experiencing website downtime. Email your account number/domain name, the dates and times of the downtime, and any other details requested by Trustify Hosting. Credits are generally issued within thirty (30) days of your request. This credit is your only remedy if the website is unavailable.
No credits will be issued if the website is unavailable due to:
- Planned maintenance.
- Your actions or the performance or failure of your equipment, facilities, or applications.
- Events outside the reasonable control of Trustify Hosting, such as government actions, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike, transportation delays, telecommunications issues, third-party service disruptions (including DNS propagation), third-party software or hardware failures, or inability to procure necessary materials, supplies, or power.
If you’re having trouble accessing your website or any service, the issue might not be with Trustify Hosting. It could be due to technical problems with your ISP or routing issues between your ISP and Trustify Hosting, affecting communication. We are not liable for these problems. Our service uptime is measured by our monitoring agents, not individual client experiences.
